Description

Bei dem vorliegenden Bauvorhaben handelt es sich um den Neubau einer Wohnanlage für Studierende und Auszubildende, bestehend aus 3 Wohngebäuden und gemeinsamer Tiefgarage. Die Baustelle befindet sich im Baugebiet am Waidesgrund (Baufeld 6), Dr. Walter Lübke Straße 36037 Fulda. Insgesamt wird Wohnraum für 173 Studierende und Auszubildende geschaffen. Die Tiefgarage wird von der Kopfseite Haus C über eine kurze Rampe erschlossen. Gesucht wird der Auftragnehmer für das Gewerk Heizung-, Lüftung-, Sanitärinstallationsarbeiten. Gegenstand der Leistung ist die Heizung-, Lüftung-, Sanitärinstallation von 138 Wohneinheiten, das Anbinden von 109 Fertignasszellen sowie 32 Nasszellen in konventioneller Bauweise. Zudem gefordert ist die innenliegende Unterdruckdachentwässerung aller Gebäude, die Installation einer Wärmepumpenanlage zur Warmwasserbereitung, das Installieren von 3.500 m² Fußbodenheizung, einer Einzelraumentlüftungsanlage nach DIN 18017-3 , das Installieren einer Müllraumentlüftungsanlage, das Errichten einer Zentralfrischwasserstation für alle Nasszellen sowie das Errichten einer Trockenlöschanlage in der Tiefgarage mit 4 Entnahmepunkten und zentraler Einspeisung. Zu montierende Rohrleitungslängen: • Abwasserleitung = ca. 2.400 m • Trinkwasserleitung = ca. 5.200 m • Heizungsleitung = ca. 1.200 m • FBH-Rohrleitung = ca. 23.500 m • Lüftungsleitung = ca. 600 m
