Stadt Löhne, Umbau Bahnhof zum 3. Ort - RLT/Lüftungstechnik Technische Vorbemerkungen Lüftung: Die nachfolgend beschriebenen Lieferungen und Leistungen beziehen sich auf die Gewerke Lüftung. Wesentliche Anlagenbeschreibung: Bei der Baumaßnahme an der Bünder Straße handelt es sich um den Umbau des Bahnhofsgebäude Löhne. Der Bahnhof wird über eine eigene Lüftungsanlage, aufgestellt in der Technikzentrale im Dachgeschoß, Be- und Entlüftet. Die Anlage belüftet neben der Bibliothek, den Versammlungsraum, das Bistro und die Nebenräume. Die dem Bistro zugeordnete Küche erhält einen separaten Dachventilator für Fettabluft sowie einen separaten Dachventilator für die Abluft der Spülmaschine. Ein zweites, kleineres Lüftungsgerät versorgt die Nebenräume wie auch die WC-Anlagen im Bereich des zweiten Gebäudeteiles. Die im Untergeschoß geplanten Lüftungsgeräte be- und entlüften die Personal und diverse Nebenräume. Lüftungstechnik: • Lüftungsgerät mit ca. 11.000 m³/h • Lüftungsgerät mit ca. 1.700 m³/h • Wohnraumlüftungsgerät für Nebenräume • Lüftungskanal und Formteile ca. 450 m² • Wickelfalzrohr ca. 450 m • Brandschutzklappen ca. 50 St. • Selbstständiger Promat- Kanal für Entrauchung ca. 80 m² Ausführung der Arbeiten: Juni/Juli 2026 bis September/Oktober 2027
