Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Lieferung, Montage, Inbetriebnahme und Funktionsprüfung neuer raumlufttechnischer Anlagen für die unterschiedlichen Nutzungsbereiche des Gebäudes. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst die Installation von Lüftungs- und Teilklimaanlagen einschließlich Lüftungsgeräten, Luftleitungsnetzen, Luftdurchlässen, Schalldämpfern, Volumenstromreglern, Brandschutzkomponenten sowie der erforderlichen Wärmedämmung. Weiterhin umfasst der Leistungsumfang die Herstellung der für den Anlagenbetrieb erforderlichen Installationen, einschließlich Kondensat- und sonstiger Abwasserleitungen, sowie die Mess-, Steuer- und Regelungstechnik einschließlich der Einbindung in die Gebäudeautomation. Bestandteil der Ausschreibung sind außerdem die Durchführung der erforderlichen Prüfungen, die Inbetriebnahme, das Einregulieren der Anlagen sowie die Übergabe betriebsbereiter Anlagen.
