Description

Lüftungsanlage, DIN 18379 Es wird in Calw ein 4-stöckiger Neubau für die Kriminaldirektion und das Polizei Revier erstellt. Die Ausschreibung enthält die Raumluftversorgung für Teile des Gebäudes. Das Gebäude wird nicht vollständig mit einer maschinellen Belüftung ausgestattet. Die Leistungen umfassen die Zentralgeräte mit eigener Steuerung, deren Aufschaltung auf die Gebäudeautomation, die selbst nicht Teil der Leistung ist. Bei den zentral Geräten handelt es sich um 2 Geräte für Büroflächen, 1 Gerät für den Gewahrsamsbereich und Geräte für Räume im Gebäude mit erhöhten Anforderungen. Die Versorgungsnetze sowie die erforderlichen Raumkomponenten sind ebenfalls Leistungsumfang der Ausschreibung. • Zu und Abluftgeräte mit Regelung: 7 St. • Abluftgeräte mit Regelung: 5 St. • Brandschutzklappen ohne Motor: 101 St. • Brandschutzklappe mit Motor: 64 St. • Luftleitungen rechteckig: 961 m • Luftleitungen rund: 60m • Volumenstromregler konstant: 159 St. • Volumenstromregler variabel: 43 St. Zur Ausführung der Leistungen darf nur Personal eingesetzt werden, welches zuvor zuverlässigkeitsüberprüft wurde und keine negativen Anhaltspunkte vorliegen. Ergänzend ist die Vergabe von 'Instandhaltungsleistungen' Gegenstand des Verfahrens.
