Description

Die Stadt Emsdetten beabsichtigt am Padkamp 20 in 48282 Emsdetten die Sanierung und Erweiterung der Kardinal-von-Galen-Grundschule sowie die Errichtung einer Zweifeldsporthalle. Das bestehende Gebäude der umzubauenden Schule wird im Rahmen der Baumaßnahme in Teilbereichen vollständig abgebrochen. Die restlichen Flächen werden im Anschluss saniert und erweitert. Vorliegend wird das Gewerk Lüftungsarbeiten vergeben. Die Stadt Emsdetten beabsichtigt am Padkamp 20 in 48282 Emsdetten die Sanierung und Erweiterung der Kardinal-von-Galen-Grundschule sowie die Errichtung einer Zweifeldsporthalle. Das bestehende Gebäude der umzubauenden Schule wird im Rahmen der Baumaßnahme in Teilbereichen vollständig abgebrochen. Die restlichen Flächen werden im Anschluss saniert und erweitert. Die Gesamtfläche teilt sich im Wesentlichen auf in: - Bauteil Sanierung Schule (3.910 m³ BRI) - Bauteil Erweiterung Schule (12.044 m³ BRI) - Bauteil Erweiterung Sporthalle (14.827 m³ BRI). Zentrales Lüftungsgerät 5.700 m³/h 1 St Zentrales Lüftungsgerät 7.000 m³/h 1 St Zentrales Lüftungsgerät 21.000 m³/h 1 St Küchenabluftventilator 1 St Dezentrale Klassenlüftungsgeräte 6 St Schalldämpfer ca. 210 Variable Volumenstromregler ca. 65 Konstante Volumenstromregler ca. 140 Brand-/Rauchschutzklappen ca. 95 Tellerventile ca. 175 Lüftungsgitter ca. 10 Dralldurchlässe ca. 170 St Dachdurchführungen ca. 9 St Lüftungskanal ca. 2700 m² Wickelfalzrohr ca. 900 m Mineralwolleplatten ca. 370 m² Mineralwolleplatten mit Blechmantel ca. 265 m² Dämmplatten dampfdicht ca. 110 m² Klima-Split-Gerät 1 St
