siehe Abschnitt 5 Baumaßnahme MTLV-UBA Dahlemer Dreieck Liegenschaftsversorgung Thielallee 88-92, 14195 Berlin KKE 4301 Kältemaschine Art + Umfang der Leistungen: Allgemeine Regeln Bauarbeiten ATV DIN 18299 VOB/C Kälteanlagen und Kältetechnische Rohrleitungen ATV DIN 18379 VOB/C Dämmarbeiten an technischen Anlagen ATV DIN 18421 VOB/C • Zentrale Kälteversorgung für Haus 18 mit zwei redundant ausgelegten, außen aufgestellten Kältemaschinen (jeweils ≥ 27 kW, Kältemittel R290, Aufstellung im Freien, Sicherheitsabstand 2 m) • Primär- und Sekundärpumpen, Pufferspeicher als hydraulische Weiche, erdverlegte Kaltwasserverteilungen als doppelwandige Rohrleitungen mit Leckageüberwachung bis Haus 18, innenliegende Kaltwasserleitungen im Haus 18 • Umluftkühler zur Raumkonditionierung, kondensatabführende Leitungssysteme • Einbindung in zentrale Gebäudeleittechnik und Sicherheitseinrichtungen • Einbindung sämtlicher Nebenaggregate: Magnetitabscheider, Vakuumentgasung, Membran-Ausdehnungsgefäß, Schmutz- und Schlammabscheider • Herstellung der Kälteanlage im Außenbereich, Anbindung der erdverlegten Kälteleitung zu Haus 18 (Elektro-, TK/IT- und GA-Zentrale) • Inbetriebnahme, Einweisung des Betreiberpersonals und vollständige Dokumentation (inkl. Schalt- und Rohrleitungspläne, Betriebsanleitungen, Wartungshandbuch, Messprotokolle) Ausführungsbeginn: innerhalb von 12 Werktagen nach Zugang der Aufforderung durch die Auftraggebende (§ 5 Abs. 2 Satz 2 VOB/B); die Aufforderung wird Ihnen voraussichtlich bis 08/2026 zugehen Ausführungsende: innerhalb von 250 Werktagen nach vorstehend angekreuzter Frist für den Ausführungsbeginn siehe auch verbindliche Einzelfristen
