Description

Auf dem ehemaligen Industrieareal im Kasseler Stadtteil Nord-Holland entsteht der Neubau der Gesamtschule Nord+. Das moderne Schulzentrum bietet Platz für etwa 1.200 Schüler. Es führt eine dreizügige Grundstufe und eine sechszügige Sekundarstufe zusammen. Die Leistungen umfassen im Einzelnen die Herstellung, Lieferung und Montage der raumlufttechnische Anlagen des gesamten Objekts. Dazu gehören die Be- und Entlüftung aller Räume, wie Unterrichtsräume, Verwaltungsräume, Bibliothek etc. Zudem ist eine Lüftungsanlage für die Küche und ein separater Dachventilator für die fetthaltige Abluft geplant. Die Mensa als Versammlungsstätte erhält eine reguläre Be- und Entlüftung über eine RLT-Anlage. Zusätzlich wird eine mechanische Entrauchungsanlage bis über Dach vorgesehen. Dazu wird eine kombinierte Lüftungsleitung verwendet, die sowohl die Raumabluft als auch die Entrauchungsluft führt. Des Weiteren werden verschiedene Kleinlüftungsanlagen errichtet für beispielsweise Müllraum, Sicherheitsbeleuchtung, Laborabluft etc. Für die Abluftführung des Keramik-Brennofens wird ein Schornsteinsystem errichtet, welches innerhalb eines L90 Leichtbauschachts liegt. Zudem muss eine Leitungsführung für die bereits bestehende Entstaubungsanlage der Holzbearbeitungsmaschinen installiert werden. Ein zusätzlicher Bestandteil sind die Schallschutzmaßnahmen zwischen Raumtrennwänden gemäß der Bauphysik-Akustikplanung. Dazu werden je nach Schallschutzanforderung zusätzliche Schalldämpfer und Bekleidungen erforderlich, die Bestandteil dieser Leistung sind. Der AG behält sich vor, die Kostengruppen 200 und 400 teilweise oder ganz an einen städtischen Versorger als Auftraggeber zu übertragen.
