BA: Raumlufttechnische Anlagen Installation einer Lüftungs- und Teilklimaanlage; Installation mechanischer Entrauchungsanlage; Installation Abluftanlage für feuchtebelastete Abluft Küche; Installation Luftleitungen rund und eckig, Luftauslässe, Brandschutzklappen Volumenstromregler; Bauen im Bestand und Neubau - Raumlufttechnische Anlagen 1 St - Ventilatoren 3 St - Schalldämpfer 27 St - Luftleitungen verz. Stahl eckig 1.400 m² - Luftleitungen verz. Stahl rund 750 m - Luftleitungen niro. Stahl eckig 60 m² - Luftleitungen L90 eckig 130 m - Luftdurchlässe 260 St - Brandschutzklappen Schmelzlot 30 St - Brandschutzklappen motor. 8 St - Volumenstromregler 240St - Isolierungen, Demontagen Bei den zu erringenden Leistungen handelt es sich um Restleistungen aus einem gekündigten Vertrag. Sie bauen daher auf bereits erbrachten Teilleistungen auf. Der Auftragnehmer schuldet ein insgesamt funktionsfähiges Werk unter Einschluss der bereits erbrachten Teilleistungen. Er hat daher nach Auftragserteilung die bereits erbrachten Teilleistungen entsprechend zu überprüfen und den Auftraggeber umgehend zu informieren, wenn er Mängel feststellt oder die erbrachten Teilleistungen zur Herstellung der Funktionsfähigkeit aus sonstigen Gründen nicht für geeignet hält. Der dafür anfallende Aufwand ist einzukalkulieren. Als Vertragsfrist gemäß § 5 Abs. 1 VOB/B wird die folgende Einzelfrist vereinbart: Fertigstellung Rohbauinstallation Raumlufttechnik alle Bereiche/Etagen: 30.09.2026
