Description

Die Grundschule Gerberstrasse befindet sich in der Gerberstrasse 18, 42653 Solingen-Gräfrath am östlichen Rand des historischen Ortskerns. Das Gebäude 7 wird im Erdgeschoss zu einer Mensa für ca. 240 Tischgäste umgebaut. Die Küche mit der zu liefernden Küchenausstattung (Heißluftdämpfern, CNS-Einrichtungen, Spülmaschine und mobilen Geräten) , als auch die Nebenräume inklusive dem herzustellenden Kühlraum in konventioneller Bauweise befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Eine Kleinkältekompaktanlage zum Betreiben des Kühlraums ist auf dem Dach des Gebäudeanbaus untergebracht. Die Leistungsbeschreibung und die zu beachtenden technischen und rechtlichen Vorgaben sind nachstehend dargestellt.
