Leistungen für Heizungs-, Klima- und Sanitärtechnik im Rahmen des Umbaus und der Erweiterung der Katharinengrundschule in Straelen Die Stadt Straelen plant für die Katharinengrundschule auf dem Schulcampus an der Fontanestraße den Neubau eines zweigeschossigen Jahrgangsstufenhauses (JGH BGF 5.573 m²) sowie eines zweigeschossigen Verwaltungstrakts (BGF 2.944 m²) als Anbau an das bestehende Schulgebäude (Baujahr 1969 und 1992). Beide Neubauten werden in Holzrahmenbauweise errichtet. Das Jahrgangsstufenhaus dient der schulübergreifenden Nutzung innerhalb der Grundschule und umfasst Unterrichts- sowie Ganztagsflächen für die Offene Ganztagsschule (OGS) und den verlässlichen Halbtag (VHT). Der Verwaltungstrakt wird vorrangig vom Lehrerpersonal der OGS genutzt. Zur Anbindung an das Bestandsgebäude werden zwei Verbindungsgänge gebaut, die den Verwaltungstrakt direkt mit den bestehenden Gebäudeteilen verbinden. Mit dem Bauvorhaben soll die räumliche und organisatorische Situation der Katharinengrundschule verbessert und den steigenden Schülerzahlen Rechnung getragen werden. Die Umsetzung erfolgt in zwei Bauabschnitten: 1. Errichtung des Jahrgangsstufenhauses 2. Errichtung des Verwaltungstrakts Die Ausführungsfristen ergeben sich aus dem Bauvertrag. Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens sind Leistungen für Außenanlagen und Kanalisation zur Realisierung des vorstehend beschriebenen Vorhabens. Wesentliche Ziele der Stadt Straelen sind: - Die Stadt Straelen legt hohen Wert auf eine qualitativ hochwertige und wirtschaftliche Ausführung. - Die Einhaltung des Zeitplans ist aufgrund von Vorgaben des Zuwendungsgebers und aufgrund steigender Schülerzahlen unerlässlich.
