Description

Die Stadt Neuss (im Folgenden: Stadt) entwickelt durch die Landesgartenschau Neuss 2026 GmbH (im Folgenden: LAGA) als Bau- und Betriebsgesellschaft aktuell auf dem 38 ha großen ehemaligen Rennbahngelände den Bürgerpark für die Landesgartenschau Neuss 2026. Dazu soll u. a. das auf dem Gelände befindliche zurzeit ungenutzte Gebäudeensemble "Hammfeldhof" aus dem Jahr 1968, bestehend aus einem Wohngebäude und zwei ehemaligen Stallgebäuden, hergerichtet und umgebaut werden. Zielsetzung: Umbau und Herrichtung des Gebäudeensembles Hammfeldhof, bestehend aus zwei ehemaligen Stallgebäuden und einem Wohngebäude auf dem Gelände der LAGA 2026 in Neuss. Die Umbaumaßnahmen der drei Gebäude umfassen im Bereich Technische Ausrüstung u.a. die Lieferung und Installation von Komponenten der Lüftungstechnik. Eine detaillierte Beschreibung der einzelnen Maßnahmen kann dem LV entnommen werden. Ausführungsbeginn: nach Aufforderung / ab dem 30.01.2026 Ausführungsende: 31.03.2026 Die Bearbeitung soll unmittelbar nach Auftragsvergabe beginnen.
