Description

Am Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin für Materialien und Energie GmbH in Berlin Adlershof soll der Neubau eines Versorgungstechnikgebäudes VTII errichtet werden. Der Neubau wird als kompakter Stahlbetongeschossbau errichtet und erhält eine hinterlüftete Außenwandbekleidung als vorgehängte Holzfassade. Am Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin für Materialien und Energie GmbH in Berlin Adlershof soll der Neubau eines Versorgungstechnikgebäudes VTII errichtet werden. Im Gebäude sollen heizungs- und kältetechnische Anlagen sowie Gitteroste in Schächten errichtet werden, bestehend aus: - ca. 780 m Heizungsleitung DN15 - DN200 aus schwarzem Stahlrohr; Verbindung durch Schweißen, inklusive Formteile, Befestigung Dämmung aus Mineralwolle nach GEG - dynamische Druckhaltestation - 5 Pumpen - ca. 110 Armaturen - Verteiler mit Dämmung und Schwingungsdämpfung - 21 Heizkörper - Gitterrostabdeckung für Schächte (Stahlbau) Die Kälteanlage umfasst folgende Leistungen: - 1 St. Kältemaschine 600 kW, luftgekühlt - 1 St. Plattenwärmetauscher 600 KW - 1 St. Hydraulische Weiche 3000 l - 5 St. Pumpen - ca. 1200 m Stahlrohr, schwarz, DN 15 - DN 200, Verbindung durch Schweißen, einschl. Form- und Verbindungsstücke, einschl. Kältedämmung aus Elastomerschaum
