Die Ventile und die Wärmemengenzähler sind Teil eines anderen Los, der Einbau ist hingegen enthalten. Die Ausschreibung enthält außerdem die Fußboden Heizung / Kühlung und die Deckensegel für die Raumtemperierung. 421 Wärmeerzeugungsanlagen: • Wärmepumpe: 2 St. • Wärmetauscher 2 Medien: 1 St. • Wärmetauscher 3 Medien: 1 St. 422_Warmwasserheizungsnetze: • Zwischenflanschklappen diverse DN: 50 St. • Pumpen diverse DN: 16 St. • Rohrleitung Edelstahl gepresst, diverse DN: 1990 m • Rohrleitung Stahl schwarz geschweißt, diverse DN: 341 m 423_Raumheizflächen: • Fußbodenheizung Anbinde Leitungen: 2800m • Fußbodenheizung: 5065,2 m² • Heizkreisverteiler: 73 St. • H/K Decke, verschieden Typen: 112m² Zur Ausführung der Leistungen darf nur Personal eingesetzt werden, welches zuvor zuverlässigkeitsüberprüft wurde und keine negativen Anhaltspunkte vorliegen.
