Die Gemeinde Hohenlinden beabsichtigt die Errichtung eines 6-gruppigen Kinderhauses mit 3 Kinderkrippengruppen im Erdgeschoss sowie zwei Kindergartengruppen und einer Wahlgruppe (Kindergarten oder -krippe) im Obergeschoss, in Holzbauweise auf Stahlbeton Bodenplatte. Gebäudekenndaten: 2 Geschosse, nicht unterkellert Gebäudegrundfläche: ca. 1100 m² Geschossfläche: ca. 1830 m² Gebäudehöhe: bis ca. 8,6 m Gegenstand der Vergabeeinheit Gewerk Raumlufttechnik sind folgende Arbeiten: - Montage zentrales Lüftungsgerät als Außengerät auf dem Flachdach - Einbau von 12 runden Brandschutzklappen mit Zubehör bis DN 315 - Einbau von ca. 270m Wickelfalzrohr bis DN630 - Montage von 7 Textilluftauslässen inkl. Befestigungsmaterial und Zubehör - Montage von 6 Abluftschalldämpfern inkl.
