Description

Installation von Heizungsanlagen im Seminargebäude (SMF) und Gästehaus (GHV) Auf dem Dach des Seminargebäudes wird durch Luft-Wasser-Wärmepumpen die Energie für Warmwasserbereitung und Gebäudeheizung realisiert, umschaltbar für Kühlung im Sommer für den Bereich SMF und GHV. Verwendet wird das Kältemittel R290 mit niedrigem GWP-Wert von 3. Fußbodenheizung in Gästehaus, Büros, Kantine, Schulungsräume. Heiz-Kühldecken in Büros in der Verwaltung. Die Warmwasserbereitung (WWB) der Gästezimmer im Seminargebäude erfolgt über Frischwasserstationen. Dabei Versorgt eine Frischwasserstation zwei Zimmer. Die WWB im Gästehaus erfolgt zentral vom EG des Gästehauses mit einem Speicherladesystem. Die Wärmepumpe auf dem Seminargebäude spießt das System mit 50 °C um die Thermische Desinfektion zu gewährleisten ist das System mit einem Heizstab ausgestattet. Das gleiche System ist für Die WWB der Küche geplant. Die Hauptmassen im Überblick: Reversible Luft/Wasser-Wärmepumpe 207 kW - 2 St Kältedämmung Rohr DN 80, Dämmdicke 200 mm - 284 m Rohr 16 x 2,0 - 25083 m Heiz/- Kühlsegel 4400 x 900 2-Teilig - 79 St Warmwasserbereitungssystem Gästehaus - 1 St Frischwasserstation Zimmer - 17 St Tackerplatte - 3318 m² Rohrschelle DN80 - 284 St Profil XL 80 fsv 6000mm - 500 m Edelstahl-Systemrohr DN 65 - 76,1 x 2,0 - 407 m Warmwasserbereitung Küche - 1 St
