Description

Ausführung der Heizungs- und Kälteversorgung im Gebäude, Es erfolgt der Einbau einer neuen, vergrößerten Fernwärmeübergabestation zur Versorgung drei Gebäude (455 kW Heizleistung). Eine Wärmepumpe (78 kW) nutzt Abwärme aus Server- und Gerätekühlung zur Heizungsunterstützung. Rohrleitungsnetze in Stahl bzw. Edelstahl, wärme- und kälteseitig gedämmt, komplett neu aufgebaut. Demontage der bestehenden Heizsysteme (ca. 12000 m³ Altbau) Neuverlegung der Rohrleitungen (ca. 12.000 m³ Altbau+ ca. 16500 m³ Neubau) Montage neuer Heizkörper(ca.170 Stck) und Umluftkühlgeräte (ca. 65 Stck) Für die Kühlung wird eine wassergekühlte Turbo-Kältemaschine (450 kW, Kältemittel R515B) installiert, Rückkühlung über zwei geschlossene Tischkühler auf dem Dach. Besonderer Hinweis betr. Bieterfragen aufgrund besonderer äußerer Ereignisse (z.B. Sars-COV-2 oder Ukraine Krieg): Bitte berücksichtigen Sie bei Ihrer Angebotserstellung etwaige mögliche bzw. erkennbare Beeinträchtigungen, z.B. in Bezug auf die Verfügbarkeit von Materialien und Produkten, Arbeitskräften, eine evtl. verzögerte Beibringung von geforderten Nachweisen, Auswirkungen auf etwaige Nachunternehmer etc. Fragen, die in diesem Zusammenhang auftreten, bitten wir rechtzeitig vor Angebotsfrist über das Nachrichtensystem der eVergabe zu stellen.
