Description

Beim Erweiterungsbau Graphische Sammlungen handelt es sich um einen Neubau für die Klassik Stiftung Weimar. In dem Gebäude sollen sowohl Depotflächen, als auch Analyse- und Restaurationswerkstätten untergebracht werden. Für den Neubau sind folgende Anlagen geplant: - Abwasseranlagen als komplettes Trennsystem. - Regenentwässerung als Druckströmungsentwässerungssystem. - Trinkwasseranlage nach DIN 1988 - Zentrale Druckluftanlage - Handfeuerlöscher nach ASR A2.2 - Die Wärmeversorgung erfolgt bivalent, d.h. über einen externen Fernwärmeanschluss und über Geothermie. Als Heizsystem wurde die Betonkernaktivierung gewählt. Der Wärmebedarf für das neu zu errichtende Gebäude beträgt ca. 65 kW. - Die Kälteversorgung erfolgt über den herzustellenden Kälteverbund zum Nachbargebäude (Tieftemperaturkälte) und Geothermie (passive Kühlung mittels Hochtemperaturkälte). Als Kühlsystem für das Gebäude wurde die Betonkernaktivierung gewählt. Der Kältebedarf beträgt ca. 65 kW. Für die Klimaanlage wird auf die Tieftemperaturkälte zurück gegriffen. Der Kältebedarf dafür beträgt 30 kW.
