Description

Für eine qualitative Revitalisierung der Bausubstanz wurde eine umfangreiche Planung der Sanierungsarbeiten für das gesamte Gebäude durchgeführt. Bereiche der Kellersohle, die noch im ursprünglichen Zustand, aber abgängig oder statisch nicht nachweisbar sind, werden erneuert. Die Dächer werden saniert. Die Außenfassaden werden denkmalgerecht untersucht und saniert. Das historische Erscheinungsbild des Schumacher-Baus und die ursprüngliche charakteristische Zellen-Anordnung der Büroräume werden im Wesentlichen beibehalten. Es ist keine große Umplanung der Flächen vorgesehen, lediglich in Teilbereichen werden großzügigere Team- und Netzwerkräume vorgesehen sowie Zellenbüros zusammengefasst, um einem moderneren Bürokonzept zu entsprechen. Die angedachte hochwertige Qualität der Ausführung soll die kulturhistorische Bedeutung dieses Baudenkmals zur Geltung bringen. Weiterhin sind eine komplette Sanierung der TGA-Installationen, die Errichtung einer PV-Anlage sowie eine Brandschutzertüchtigung vorgesehen. _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Wesentliche Arbeiten: Bestandteil dieser Ausschreibung sind die Neuerrichtung der Heizungs-, Lüftungs- und Sanitäranlagen im Gebäude.
