"Kurzbeschreibung Wärmeversorgungsanlagen: Im Rahmen der Maßnahme werden bei der Wärmeversorgungsanlage folgende Komponenten ausgeführt: Gebäudeversorgung über Fernwärme, 1 Stück Fernwärmeübergabestation in redundanter Ausführung, pumpengesteuerte Nachspeiseeinrichtung + Druckhaltung mit ca. 420 kW Heizleistung. Leitungsnetz ca. 5.200 m Stahlgewinderohr inkl. Dämmung Mineralwolle Alukaschiert. Wärmeversorgung der Räumlichkeiten über ca. 17.000 m Fußbodenheizung/- Kühlung, 28 Heiz- und Kühlsegel und 76 Stk. Heizkörpern. Kurzbeschreibung Lufttechnische Anlagen: In der Baumaßnahme werden im Gewerk Raumlufttechnische Anlagen folgende Hauptkomponenten und Leistungsumfänge ausgeführt: 1 Stück Primär-Lüftungsgerät für die Außenluftaufbereitung von drei nachgeschalteten Zuluftgeräten als Vollklimaanlagen mit Nennvolumenströmen von 3.500 m³/h, 5.900 m³/h und 4.900 m³/h, 1 Stück zentrale Sammel-Abluftanlage mit einem Gesamtvolumenstrom von 13.500 m³/h, 1 Stück Vollklimaanlage mit einem Volumenstrom von 7.600 m³/h, 2 Stück Teilklimaanlagen mit Volumenströmen von 11.200 m³/h und 7.100 m³/h, 1 Stück Hydraulikstation für ein Kreislaufverbundsystem (KVS) mit einer Rückwärmzahl ηt 1:1 von 71.1%, gemäss EN 13053 bei ausgeglichenen Luftmengen, zur Wärmerückgewinnung, 4 Stück maschinelle Entrauchungsanlagen (MRA) mit Förderleistungen von 11.700 m³/h, 3.600 m³/h, 14.600 m³/h und 10.500 m³/h, ca. 4.600 m² Luftleitungsnetz in Dichtheitsklasse C, 110 Stück Brandschutzklappen (BSK) sowie 84 Stück variable Volumenstromregler. Kurzbeschreibung Kälteanlagen: Im Rahmen der Maßnahme werden für die Kälteanlagen folgende Komponenten ausgeführt:2 Stück Propan Kältemaschinen (Außenaufstellung), Nachspeiseeinrichtung + Druckhaltung mit jeweils 270 Kühlleistung + 275 kW Freikühlleistung. Leitungsnetz ca. 1.700 m Stahlgewinderohr inkl. Dämmung aus Elastomerschaum. Kühlung der Räumlichkeiten über ca. 17.000 m Fußbodenheizung/- kühlung, 28 Heiz- und Kühlsegel. "
