Description

Das Evangelische Krankenhaus Mettmann (EVK Mettmann) plant den Neubau eines Stationsgebäudes zur Unterbringung der Neurologie und Geriatrie sowie einer Zentralküche und einem Logistikbereich. Die Gebäude des EVK Mettmann befinden sich im innerstädtischen Kontext an zentraler Stelle gelegen und sind zweiseitig durch Straßen umschlossen. Das EVK Mettmann verfügt über alle Fachkliniken eines Kreiskrankenhauses nebst Krankenpflegeschule sowie eine große Cafeteria mit Restaurantbereich, ambulanten Diensten, Sanitätshaus, eine große physikalische Therapie sowie alle Diagnostik-bereiche. Das EVK Mettmann ist ein für die Versorgung im Kreis Mettmann wesentliches Krankenhaus, welches insbesondere im Sinne der erweiterten Notfallversorgung eine zentrale Rolle einnimmt. An der Straße "Zum Kolben" hin gelegen befindet sich das großzügige Parkgelände, in welchem sich freistehend - ebenfalls als Ergänzung zum Angebot - eine psychiatrische Tagesklinik befindet. Das Gelände fällt steil Richtung Parkplatz ab. Das Bauteil A vom Ev. Krankenhaus Mettmann soll abgerissen werden. Auf dieser Fläche, soll ein Neubau entstehen. Die Wasserversorgungszentrale befindet sich derzeit im Untergeschoss des Bauteil A. Bevor das Gebäude abgerissen werden kann, muss die Wasserversorgungszentrale im Bauteil B neu aufgebaut werden. Umfasst sind Leistungen insbesondere aus den KG 411 (Abwasseranlagen), KG 412 (Wasseranlagen), KG 413 (Gasanlagen), KG 419, KG 421 (Wärmeversorgungsanlagen), KG 422 (Wärmeverteilnetze), KG 429. Die neue Anlagentechnik soll im KG vom Gebäude B mit folgenden Komponenten neu aufgebaut werden: + 2x Gasbrennwertkessel, Heizleistung je 800 kW + 1x Wärmetauscher 1.600 kW + 1x Frischwasser´station 420 kW + 1x Pufferspeicher 2.000l Die Gasbrennwertkessel müssen umrüstbar auf 100% Wasserstoffbetrieb sein.
