Im Einzelnen sind folgende Arbeiten zu verrichten: Heiztechnik: - Demontage von 2 Kompaktheizkörpern 600/600/100 - Demontage von 2 Röhrenradiatoren 1000/1600/136 - Demontage von 1 Warmwasserbereiter 1.500 Liter - Demontage von 5 Heizkreisverteilern der Fußbodenheizung - Demontage von ca. 630 m schw. Stahlrohr (DN 12 - DN 100 - Demontage von ca. 8 Umwälzpumpen bis DN 80 - Demontage von ca. 100 Heizungsarmaturen als Zulage (DN 15 - DN 100) - L+M von 1 St. Luft/Wasser-Wärmepumpe (19 kW - A7/W35) inkl. Zubehör und Autokranbeistellung für Montage auf Flachdach über EG - L+M von 1 St. Pufferspeicher 500 Liter inkl. 2 St. Heizeinsatz je 6 kW - Erstellung von 2 Anschlüssen an bauseitige Nahwärmeleitung DN 65 - L+M von 1 St. Frischwasserstation als 2er-Kaskade inkl. Zubehör - L+M von 1 St. Pufferspeicher 2.000 Liter für FriWa inkl. Zubehör und Dämmung - L+M von ca. 485 m² Fußbodenheizung (Noppenplattensystem) mit ca. 3.050 m Polybuten-Rohr 17x2,0 inkl. Zubehör - L+M von 8 St. Heizkreisverteilern für die FBH bis 6 Abgänge inkl. Zubehör - L+M von 2 St. Hydraulische Weichen DN 65 - L+M von 6 St. Umwälzpumpen bis DN 32 - L+M von 2 St. Wärmemengenzählern bis DN 25 - L+M von 6 St. Regelventile DN 25 mit Motorantrieb - L+M von ca. 830 m Heizungsleitungen aus schw. Stahlrohr (DN 15 - DN 65) inkl. Form- und Verbindungsstücken, Befestigungsmaterial und Wärmedämmung - L+M von ca. 70 St. Armaturen in Heizungsleitungen (DN 15 - DN 65) wie Flanschen-Absperrventile, Disco-Rückschlagventile, Kugel-Absperrhähne, etc. inkl. Dämmschalen - L+M von ca. 28 St. Lufttöpfen bis DN 65 inkl. Dämmung - L+M von 4 St. Dachdurchführungen für Heizungsleitungen bis DN 40 - L+M von ca. 30 m elektr. Heizband für Heizungsleitungen im Außenbereich - Erstellung von ca. 56 Kernbohrungen in Wänden aus Mauerwerk oder Stahlbeton bis d130 mm Ausführungsfristen (§ 5 VOB/B): innerhalb von 12 Werktagen nach Zugang der Aufforderung durch den Auftraggeber (§ 5 Absatz 2 Satz 2 VOB/B). Die Aufforderung wird Ihnen voraussichtlich bis zum 31.08.2026 zugehen; Ihr Auskunftsrecht gemäß § 5 Absatz 2 Satz 1 VOB/B bleibt hiervon unberührt.
