Im Einzelnen sind folgende Arbeiten zu verrichten: Abbruch-/ Dachdecker-/ Klempnerarbeiten: - ca. 1.175 m² Demontage Dachaufbau (HBCD-haltige Dämmung) - 36 Stck. Abriss von Lichtkuppeln, einschl. Kranz, ca. 200 x 200 cm - 18 Stck. Dach-Trapezprofil für Schließen Lichtkuppelöffnungen - 12 Stck. Lichtkuppel, U <= 1,4 W/(m²K), nicht öffenbar - 6 Stck. RWA-Lichtkuppel, U <= 1,4 W/(m²K), elektrisch öffenbar - ca. 1.250 m² Kaltbitumenvoranstrich, Elastomerbitumen-Dampfsperrbahn, Wärmedämmung Polyurethan-Hartschaumdämmplatte (PIR), d = 100 mm, kaltselbstklebende Top-Elastomerbitumen-Unterlagsbahn, Polymerbitumen-Schweißbahn - ca. 220 m² EPS-Gefälle-Dämmkeile (Dachreiter) WLG 035 - ca. 150 m Attikaerhöhung und Ausbildung Attika, wärmegedämmt - 14 Stck. vorh.
