Description

Baustellenbeschreibung: Bei der geplanten Maßnahme werden die bestehenden Räumlichkeiten der Lounge bis zum Rohbauzustand zurückgebaut. Im Anschluss erfolgt der Umbau zur Sicherheitskontrollstelle mit neuen CT-Scannern. Diese Maßnahme dient der weiteren Kapazitätssteigerung der Sicherheitskontrollen, sowie zur Anpassung an den aktuellen Sicherheitsstandard. Neben den eigentlichen Kontrollspuren werden auch die vorhandenen Nebenräume (d.h. Büro, Aufenthalt, Raucher) umgebaut und angepasst. Die Baustelle umfasst eine Brutto-Grundfläche von ca. 1.120qm. Aufgrund erhöhter Wärmebelastung durch die neu eingebrachte Sicherheitstechnik sowie dem Hohen Passagieraufkommen während des Betriebes der Sicherheitskontrollstelle, sind zusätzliche Klimatisierungssysteme vorgesehen. Auch in den Büro- und Aufenthaltsbereichen der Beschäftigten kommt ein zusätzliches Klimatisierungssystem zum Einsatz. Die Klimatisierung soll mittels VRF-Systeme mit dem Kältemittel R32 umgesetzt werden. Auf Basis einer Gefärdungsbeurteilung in Hinblick auf das Kältemittel R32 sowie Rauminhalte der Nebenräume, sind anlagenintegrierte Sicherheitsventile und Leckage Sensoren an relevanten Stellen vorgesehen. Für jeden Bereich sind zudem Raumbediengeräte für eine unmittelbare Einstellmöglichkeit der Solltemperatur geplant. Diese müssen jedoch so konfiguriert werden, dass die Temperatureinstellung nur in einem bestimmten Bereich möglich ist. Die Interne Anlagensteuerung ist Bestandteil der Kältetechnik. Insgesamt werden 3 VRF-Anlagen vorgesehen: - 2x Anlagen je 28kW für den Kontrollstellenberiech - 1x Anlage je 22kW für die zugehörigen Nebenräume - 8x Deckenkassetten je 7kW / 4x Deckenkassetten je 3,5kW - 2x Wandgeräte je 2kW / 1x Wandgerät ja 3,5kW - 675m Kältemittelleitung Gesamt - 180m Kondensatleitung Gesamt - 675m Dämmung Kältemittelleitung Gesamt - 180m Dämmung Kondensatleitung Gesamt
