Description

Neubau des Leibniz-Instituts für Länderkunde e.V. auf dem Wilhelm-Leuschner-Platz in Leipzig, hier Feuerlöschanlagen. Das Bauvorhaben ist Teil der Neugestaltung des Wilhelm-Leuschner-Platzes im Stadtzentrum von Leipzig. Nach vorgelagertem Architekturwettbewerb entsteht ein neues Institutsgebäude für das Leibniz-Institut für Länderkunde Leipzig, bestehend aus Tiefgarage, Erd- und Zwischengeschoss sowie sechs Obergeschossen. Das nachhaltige Gebäude verfügt zudem über ein Gründach, großzügige Innenraumbegrünung im mehrgeschossigen Atrium und eine Geothermieanlage. Mit der vorliegenden Ausschreibung werden die Leistungen der Feuerlöschtechnischen Anlagen ausgeschrieben. Dazu gehören unter anderem - 1 St Sprinklerpumpe 75 kW ca. 3000 l/min - 1 St Schaltanlage Sprinklerpump - 1 St Steuer- und Überwachungszentrale - 2 St NAV-Stationen DN150 - 1 St Feuerwehreinspeisung - 978 St Sprinkler - 21 St Zonecheck in Edelstahl DN65 - 2 St Zonecheck in Edelstahl DN100 Hauptsteige- und Hauptverteil-Rohre in Stahl, Verbindung durch Formteile für genutete Rohre - DN150 genutet 30,5 m - DN100 genutet 160,5 m - DN65 genutet 72,5 m Nebenverteil-, Strang- und Abzweig-Rohre in Edelstahl, Verbindung durch Formteile für gepresste Installationssysteme - DN65 670,0 m - DN50 347.0 m - DN40 942,0 m - DN25 1.497 m - 14 m² F90 Verkleidung mit Kalziumsilikatplatten
