Wandlermessschrank - ca. 15 Stromkreis-Unterverteilungen - 1 Erdungsanlage und gestaffelter Überspannungsschutz - ca. 1200 m Verlegesysteme (Kabelrinnen, Bodenkanäle, Installationsrohre) - ca. 30.000 m Netz-/Hauptleitungen und ca. 45.900 m Stromkreis-/Haustechnikverkabelung - ca. 320 Installationsgeräte (Schalter, Steckdosen, Tastsensoren) - ca. 670 Leuchten; ca. 605 m LED-Lichtbänder - 1 Zentralbatteriesystem mit E30-Gehäuse - ca. 265 Sicherheits-/Rettungswegleuchten - Brandschutzmaßnahmen - 14 Datenverteilerschränke 19″ - ca. 30.000 m Datenleitungen - ca. 36.200 m Schwachstromleitungen - 1 Brandmeldezentrale adressierbar mit 18 Ringleitungen gem. DIN 14675 - ca. 280 automatische Brandmelder; 3 Rauchansaugsysteme - Such- und Sprechanlagen - RWA-Steuerung - KNX-Gebäudeautomation mit DALI-Lichtsteuerung - 1 Doppelboden Elektroraum - Anschlussarbeiten an bauseits gestellter Haustechnik (HLS, RLT, MSR, Aufzug) Das Tanzhaus, Reichsstraße 34 in 86609 Donauwörth ist ein städtisches Gebaude im Zentrum von Donauwörth. Ursprunglich wurde das Gebäude bereits um 1400 errichtet, jedoch im Zweiten Weltkrieg vollständig zerstört. Bei dem heutigen Gebäude handelt es sich um einen Neubau aus dem Jahr 1975 ohne Integration von Originalbauteilen, jedoch optisch in Anlehnung an die historischen Gegebenheiten. Das Gebäude wurde in die Liste der Baudenkmäler Bayern aufgenommen. Seit 2016 steht das Tanzhaus leer und wird nicht mehr genutzt.
