Description

Sanierung Kasseler Bauten Toni-Jensen-Gemeinschaftsschule Elektroarbeiten Das geplante Bauvorhaben des Umbaus und der Sanierung der Toni-Jensen-Gemeinschaftsschule befindet sich im Nord-Osten von Kiel im Stadtteil Neumühlen-Dietrichsdorf und ist mit seiner Nähe zum Ostring im jeweiligen Stadtteil zentral angesiedelt. Die Grundlage der Aufgabe stellt der "Kasseler Bau" im Süd-Westen des Grundstückes dar. Hierbei handelt es sich um einen quadratischen, zweigeschossigen Stahlbetonskelettbau, welcher 1974 errichtet worden ist und nun saniert werden soll. Zusätzlich wird der eingeschossige Erweiterungsbau von 1980 sowie der Verbindungsbau zwischen dem Kasseler Bau und den restlichen Gebäuden des Schulgeländes mitbearbeitet. Der Entwurf sieht eine Entkernung der beiden Skelettbauten vor. Das bedeutet, dass sämtliche Wände, Wandverkleidungen, Deckenabhängungen und Leitungen entfernt werden. Um eine gut gedämmte thermische Hülle zu erhalten und Wärmebrücken durch außenstehende Stahlbetonteile zu verringern, werden die äußeren Stützen des Kassler Baus und der Erweiterung mithilfe von einer Holzkonstruktion in Holzmodulbauweise und Pfosten-Riegel-Elementen eingehaust. Die Fassade des Erdgeschosses ist eine klar strukturierte Pfosten-Riegel-Fassade. Im Kontrast dazu wird die Fassade des Obergeschosses als offene, vertikale Holzfassade ausgeführt. Das Dach des zweigeschossigen Gebäudes wird mit einer Photovoltaikanlage mit einer Gesamtleistung von maximal 100 kWp belegt. Für den Sanierungsbereich wird eine Niederspannungshauptverteilung mit allen notwendigen Sicherungsabgängen für den Kasseler Bau errichtet. Diese beinhaltet Sicherungsabgänge für Beleuchtungs- und Steckdosenstromkreise. Die Zuleitungen werden sternförmig zur NSHV und den Unterverteilungen geführt. Die Leitungsverlegung erfolgt auf Kabeltragsystemen in den abgehängten Decken der Klassen- und Nebenräume bzw. in den Fluren. Für Fenster mit den Anforderungen an Sonnen- oder Blendschutz ist eine zentrale Steuerung mit lokalen Bedienelementen in den jeweiligen Räumen geplant. Die Blitzschutz- und Erdungsanlage des Kasseler Baus wird komplett neu aufgebaut. Für alle Räume und Flure des Sanierungsbereiches des Kasseler Baus sind neue Deckeneinbaulautsprecher und eine neue, zugehörige Leitungsanlage berücksichtigt. Es wird eine Brandmeldeanlage (BMA) gemäß DIN 14675 und DIN VDE 0833 der Kategorie I (Vollschutz) zur automatischen Brandfrüherkennung errichtet. Eine Einbruchmeldeanlage wird entsprechend berücksichtigt. Ein Datennetz wird errichtet. Die Anbindung der Datendosen erfolgt mit Datenkabeln in strukturierter Verkabelung an den Bereichsverteiler. Die Einbindung des Bereichsverteiler in das Schulnetz erfolgt mittels bestehender LWL-Verkabelung.
