Description

Die Landeshauptstadt Potsdam, vertreten durch den Kommunalen Immobilien Service (KIS), beabsichtigt die Bestandsturnhalle der Theodor-Fontane-Oberschule 51, (3-zügige Oberschule SEK I mit einer 3-zügigen Primarstufe) auf dem Grundstück Zum Teufelssee 2-4, 14478 Potsdam zu sanieren und zu erweitern. Die Sanierung umfasst die sich im Bestand befindliche, Zweifeldhalle (Typ MT 90), welche zusätzlich um eine Einfeldhalle (15x27m) inkl. Nebenräumen entsprechend der DIN 18032 erweitert werden soll. Die Leistung umfasst für die Anlagengruppe 4 Starkstrom u.a. - 1 St Sicherheitsbeleuchtungsanlage (3 Gruppenbatteriezentralen, ca. 77 St Sicherheitsleuchten, ca. 10 Rettungszeichenleuchten) - 1 St HA/HV-Kombination, 1 St NSHV, 2 St UV - ca. 210 St Schalt- und Schutzgeräte (wie Sicherungslasttrennschalter, Leitungsschutzschalter, Fehlerstromschutzschalter, etc.) - Verlegesysteme teilweise in Funktionserhalt (ca. 700 St Sammelhalter, ca. 400 m Installationsrohr, ca. 380 m Kabelrinne mit Formteilen, etc.) - ca. 8.000 m Kabel und Leitungen teilweise in Funktionserhalt, verschiedene Verlegearten - ca. 175 Installationsgeräte (Aufputz, Unterputz, Hohlwand) - KNX für Beleuchtungssteuerung - ca. 175 Leuchten sowie die Anlagengruppe 5 Scwachstrom u.a. - ENS (Verstärker, Notstromversorgung, Hauptuhr, 14 Wand-LS, 6 Lautsprechersäulen für Sporthalle) - Lichtrufanlage (2x Beh.-WC) - NGRS (Zentrale, 9 Notfalltaster) - 1 Rauchabzugzentrale mit Wettersensor und Handmelder (3 Motore) - Datenübertragungstechnik (1 St Datenschrank 21 HE, ca. 20 St Datendosen)
