Description

Das Klinikum Ebersberg plant auf dem Klinikgelände, an der Münchner Str. den Neubau einer zentralen Notaufnahme zu errichten. In der Ebene E-1 sind Technikzentralen und Sanitärräume angeordnet, im E-0 wird die zentrale Notaufnahme eingerichtet zu diesem Zweck werden auch noch Räume im Bestand umgenutzt. In E1 befindet sich eine Schule zur Krankenpflege - Berufsausbildung (Schwesternschule) In den Ebenen 2 und 3 wird ein medizinisches Versorgungszentrum einge-richtet hier werden vermietete Praxisbereiche geschaffen. In E4 sind Büroräume für die Verwaltung und die Lüftungstechnikzentrale untergebracht. Ebene E-1 (UG) Technik- u. Umkleideräume, Ebene E0 (EG) Zentrale Notaufnahme Ebene E1 (OG1) Schwesternschule Ebene E2 (OG2) MVZ Ebene E3 (OG3) MVZ, Ebene E4 (OG4) Verwaltung / Technikzentrale Lüftung Der Neubau ZNA wird mit allen notwendigen Ver- und Entsorgungsleitungen der Elektro- und Fernmeldetechnik über die Technik im Bestand des Klini-kums erschlossen. Hierzu werden erforderliche Anbindungen an bestehende Energiezentralen hergestellt. Die Ausführung der Anschlussarbeiten hat unter besonderer Berücksichtigung des laufenden Krankenhausbetriebes sowie in enger Abstimmung mit dem Auftraggeber, dem Betreiber und der Fachplanung zu erfolgen. Im vorliegenden Leistungsverzeichnis werden die folgenden Elektrotechnik-, Fernmeldetechnikgewerke und weitere Dienstleistungen ausgeschrieben: - BOS-Objektfunkanlage - zentrale BSV/ USV - Niederspannungsschaltanlagen - Potentialausgleich - Verlegesysteme - Durchbrüche/ Brandschutz - Verteiler inkl Einbauten - IT Netz Verteiler - Installationsgeräte - Beleuchtung - Sicherheitsbeleuchung - Lichtrufanlage - Uhrenanlage - Brandmeldezentrale - Gegensprechanlage - Fluchttürsysteme - Zutrittskontrolle - Elektroakustische Anlage
