Neubau Lab2Fab - Los 18: Elektrische Anlagen Diese Ausschreibung beinhaltet Bauleistungen für die Errichtung eines Neubaues eines Gründerzentrums "Lab2Fab" in der Lessingstraße in Jena für die Technologie- und Innovationspark TIP Jena GmbH. Es handelt sich um ein Gründerzentrum mit Mieträumen für Existenzgründer. Gebäude: Die Außenmaße des Rohbaus sind 30,4 m x 30,4 m. Die Außenmaße der Tiefgarage sind 30,4 m x 60,0 m. Der Neubau gliedert sich in 7 Etagen, eine Tiefgarage mit 6 Obergeschossen. Die Höhe des Gebäudes oberhalb der Tiefgaragendecke beträgt 27,00 m. Für das Gebäude ist für das 1.OG bis zum 4. OG eine vorgehängte hinterlüftete Fassade mit Bekleidung aus Eternitplatten geplant. Das Erdgeschoss und die Sockelbereiche werden mit einem Wärmedämmverbundsystem ausgeführt. Die Lüftungszentrale im 5. Obergeschoss erhält eine Stahl-Mineralwolle-Stahl Sandwichaußenwand aus Paneelen. Außenfenster und Türen werden als thermisch getrennte Aluminiumfenster und Türen ausgeführt. Das außenliegende Treppenhaus wird mit einer PfostenRiegelfassade verglast.
