Die Elektroinstallation umfasst die vollständige elektrische Energieversorgung und -verteilung des Gebäudes einschließlich Niederspannungshaupt- und Unterverteilungen, Leitungsanlagen, Kabeltragsystemen, Steckdosen- und Anschlussinstallationen sowie der Anschlüsse für die haustechnischen Anlagen. Bestandteil der Leistung sind weiterhin die Brandmeldeanlage (BMA) Kategorie 1, die Sicherheits- und Notbeleuchtungsanlage, das EDV-/Datennetz einschließlich passiver Netzwerkinfrastruktur sowie eine Photovoltaikanlage mit ca. 156 kWp als Eigenverbrauchsanlage ohne Batteriespeicher einschließlich Wechselrichtern, Verkabelung, Schutz- und Schaltgeräten sowie Netzanbindung. Die Beleuchtungskörper werden bauseits geliefert und sind nicht Bestandteil der Elektroinstallation. Die erforderliche Montage, Verkabelung und der elektrische Anschluss der bauseits gelieferten Leuchten sind Bestandteil der Elektroinstallation.
