Description

Der Bauherr errichtet den Neubau eines Lehrlingswohnheimes für den Standort Cottbus. Insgesamt ist eine max. mögliche Betten- und Unterbringungskapazität von 114 Betten bzw. Wohnheimplätzen geplant. Das geplante Gebäude (Wohnheim) soll als 4-geschossiger (Erdgeschoss und 1. bis 3. Obergeschoss), nicht unterkellerter Baukörper in Massivbauweise errichtet werden. Die Grundstückszufahrt erfolgt dabei von der angrenzenden Willy-Brandt-Straße auf die Erschließungsstraße der Wohnanlagen-Umfahrung und von dort aus auf das Baugrundstück. Zur Sicherung von zwei unabhängigen Rettungswegen ist im Innenbereich ein Treppenhaus, im mittleren Bereich des Gebäudes, geplant. Im Bereich des südlichen Giebels ist ein außenliegender Treppenaufgang geplant. Zur barrierefreien Erschließung aller Geschosse ist der Einbau eines Aufzuges vorgesehen. Im Erdgeschoss sollen die Räume der allgemeinen Verwaltung, die erforderlichen Technikräume, ein Kantinenraum mit max. 130 Sitzplätzen mit angeschlossener (heißer) Küche sowie zugehörige Sanitäranlagen untergebracht werden. BGF: ca. 3.015 m², Gebäudehöhe: 13,75 m Geschosszahl: 4 Geschosshöhen EG 3,55 m 1.OG, 2.OG 2,77 m 3.OG (=DG) 2,88 m Alle Maße sind Bruttoangaben und beziehen sich auf die Außenkanten des Gebäudes Lieferung und Montage von Küchenausstattung gemäß Leistungsverzeichnis
