Description

Brandmelde- und elektroakustische Anlage Die Große Kreisstadt Bad Mergentheim plant die Innensanierung, Umbau und Modernisierung der ehem. Grund- u. Hauptschule Wachbach. Im Zuge der Sanierungsmaßnahmen soll die Schule zur Ganztagesschule umstrukturiert und um zwei Ganztagesräume, eine Mensa, eine Mensaküche mit Nebenräumen und eine Schulküche erweitert werden. Das Grundstück liegt am Ortsrand von Wachbach, wird über die Erpfentalstraße durch Wachbach bzw. direkt von der B 290 über die Gemeindeverbindungsstraße erschlossen und grenzt unmittelbar an ein allgemeines Wohngebiet. Das Gebäude samt Grundstück befindet sich vollständig im Eigentum der Auftraggeberin Stadt Bad Mergentheim. BESTAND: In Wachbach wurde in den 1960-iger Jahren die Ottmar-Schönhuth-Schule als Grund- und Hauptschule mit zusammen 10 Klassenzimmern und 5 Fachräumen in Klassenzimmergröße und den entsprechenden Nebenräumen errichtet. Mittlerweile beherbergt das Gebäude nur noch die 1-zügige Grundschule. Diese soll im Zuge der Sanierungsmaßnahmen in einem Gebäudeteil BA I zusammengefasst und zur Ganztagesschule umstrukturiert werden. Das Gebäude wurde in Stahlbeton (Ortbetonbauweise) errichtet, die Dachflächen als Stahlbeton-Hohlkörperdecken ausgebildet. Die Wände sind gemauert, glatt verputzt und weiß gestrichen. Die Geschossdecken sind als Stahlbetonrippendecken ausgebildet und unterseitig überwiegend mit einer abgehängten Holzdecke verkleidet. Über die Jahre wurden zusätzliche Installationen über Kabelkanäle auf Putz verlegt. ENERGETISCHES KONZEPT: Das Gebäude soll nach der Sanierung den geltenden energetischen Mindestanforderungen entsprechen unter Berücksichtigung des Bestandsschutzes. NACHHALTIGKEITSKRITERIEN: Für das Bauvorhaben wird das Programmsystem NBBW (nachhaltiges Bauen in Baden-Württemberg) angewendet und von einem externen Auditor begleitet. Die Beschaffungsmaßnahme umfasst: 1 Brandmeldeanlage 41 Automatische Rauchmelder mit Singalgeber 74 Automatisch Rauchmelder 1 RAS System 1 ELA Zentrale 6 Zonen einzeln Ansteuerbar 41 Deckenlautsprecher 12 Wandlautsprecher
