Description

Mit dem Bauprojekt "Neubau eines Stationsgebäudes" möchtet das Evangelische Krankenhaus Mettmann die neurologische Versorgung im Kreis Mettmann erweitern und langfristig sicherstellen. Darüberhinaus soll der Neubau über eine geriatrische Station sowie eine Diagnostik verfügen. Im Erdgeschoss soll die Produktionsküche, welche für die Versorgung von Patienten und Personal sowie externer Kunden verantwortlich ist, untergebracht werden. Im Zuge des Neubaus, soll das bestehende, eingeschossige und sanierungsbedürftige Küchengebäude vorsichtig rückgebaut werden. An dieser Stelle soll das viergeschossige Stationsgebäude errichtet werden, welches so konzipiert ist, dass eine Aufstockung um ein viertes Obergeschoss möglich ist. Die Lesbarkeit der jeweiligen Nutzung soll sich in der Fassade wiederspiegeln. Das Erdgeschoss ist voll verklinkert und bildet somit einen Sockel aus. Auf der Nordseite wird dieser Sockel in 1.Obergeschoss fortgeführt, sodass dass Technikgeschoss ebenfalls in der Klinkerfassade eingefasst ist. Auf Basis der mit dem Bauherrn und den Architekten abgestimmten Nutzungsanforderungen ist für die Erschließung im geplanten Neubau für Personen, den Transport von Betten und Gütern insgesamt 1 neue Aufzugsanlage geplant. Weiterhin der Austausch einer Aufzugsanlage im angrenzenden Bestandsgebäude geplant. Der Einbau der beiden Aufzugsanlagen ist derzeit im April 2027 vorgesehen. Ein detaillierter Montageablaufplan ist mit dem Bauzeitenplan abzustimmen. Der Einbau der Aufzugsanlagen wird letztendlich mit dem Bauherrn auf Anforderung mit einer Vorlaufzeit von 4 Wochen abgestimmt.
