Der Kreis Schleswig-Flensburg ist Bauherr für ein dreigeschossiges Verwaltungsgebäude mit Tiefgarage in der Wassermühlenstraße 43 in Kappeln. Grundfläche: 2.053 m², Nettoraumfläche (NRF): 2.637 m², Grundfläche (GRF): 668 m², Grundfläche Tiefgarage: 1.136 m². Das Gebäude wird als Stahlbeton-Skelettbau erstellt. Streifenfundamente, Stahlbeton-Außenwände der Tiefgarage und die auskragende Stahlbetondecke werden in Ortbeton hergestellt. Die aufgehenden Geschosse EG und OG werden mit Stahlbeton-Fertigteilen, Systemriegeln aus Stahl und Spannbeton-Hohldielendecken hergestellt. Die Außenwände sind nicht tragend und werden aus Holz-Rahmenbau-Fertigteilwänden hergestellt. Das Staffelgeschoss und die Dachdecke werden demzufolge als Holzkonstruktion gebaut. Die ausgeschriebene Leistung umfasst die Saitärinstallation: 1. Baustelleneinrichtung, 2. Schmutzwasserleitungen, 3. SW-Hebeanlage, 4. Mess-, Absperr- und Regelvorrichtungen, 5. Trinkwasserleitungen, 6. Wärmedämmung, 7. Sanitärobjekte, 8. Hygieneausstattung und Armaturen, 9. Stundelohnarbeiten, 10. Revisionsunterlagen, 11. Wartungsvertrag.
