Description

Im Bürgerhaus Hamburg-Wilhelmsburg finden im Zeitraum zwischen dem 31. März 2025 und dem 22. September 2025 umfangreiche Sanierungs- und Umbaumaßnahmen statt. Im Rahmen der Sanierungsmaßnahme und entsprechend der geplanten Bauabschnitte sind im Bestand Demontagearbeiten von nicht mehr genutzten Trink- und Schmutzwasserleitungen vorzunehmen. Für alle Freischaltungs- und Demontagearbeiten gilt: Es muss eine vorherige Begehung mit der örtlichen Fachbauleitung durchgeführt werden, bei der Anfang und Ende der Demontagearbeiten und die Stellen, an denen die Freischaltungen zu erfolgen haben gekennzeichnet werden. Die ausgeschriebenen Demontagen beinhalten immer auch die Entfernung der Befestigungs- und Haltematerialien. Mit der Demontage geht das dort demontierte Material in den Besitz des Auftragnehmers über. Es wird eine fachgerechte Entsorgung der demontierten Materialien gefordert. Alle für die ordnungsgemäße Entsorgung des anfallenden Bauschutts erforderlichen Kosten, einschließlich Transport sind in die Einheitspreise einzukalkulieren.
