Description

Labormöbel Die Berliner Wasserbetriebe (BWB) planen am Standort Jungfernheide im Bezirk Spandau / Ortsteil Siemensstadt den Neubau mehrerer Gebäude. Die geplanten Neubaumaßnahmen an der Ecke Motardstraße / Rohrdamm umfassen ein 4-geschossiges, unterkellertes Laborgebäude sowie ein eingeschossiges Versorgungsgebäude. Am Standort Jungfernheide soll ein Zentrallabor entstehen, welches die derzeit dezentral in Berlin verteilten Labore unter einem Dach zu-sammenfasst. Der Neubau ist von zentraler Bedeutung für die Berliner Wasserbetriebe. Das Zentrallabor wird sowohl die Trinkwasseranalytik für u.a. die Wasserwerke und das Rohrnetz, als auch die Abwasseranalytik für die Klärwerke, das Kanalnetz, die Analytik für die Einleiter-Überwachung und die Umlandproben durchführen. Der Neubau ist als Stahlbetonskelett aus tragenden Stahlbetondecken und -stützen konzipiert. Die geplante Unterkellerung mit tragenden StB-Außenwänden und einer StB-Bodenplatte wird aus WU- Beton hergestellt. Es ist der Einsatz von RC-Beton vorgesehen. Der Laborneubau besitzt ein statisches Raster von 3,60 m. Die Tech-nikzentrale ist als reine Holzkonstruktion mit Holzstützen und -bindern geplant. Das Versorgungsgebäude wird mit tragenden Mauerwerkswänden auf einer WU-Bodenplatte und einer Dachkonstruktion aus STB-Hohldielen geplant, die Fassade als 2-schalige MW-Wand mit Sichtmauerwerk. Die vorliegende Ausschreibung beinhaltet die Labortechnischen Anlagen im Erdgeschoß (Probenannahme, Packraum, Spülküchen), 1. und 2. Obergeschoß (Analyselabore) sowie in 2 Räumen im Kellergeschoß (Lager). Die Bauarbeiten finden bei laufendem Betrieb der Liegenschaft statt. Das Gebäude soll eine BNB-silber Zertifizierung erhalten. Im Zuge des Bauablaufes ist mit parallelen Installationsarbeiten gleichzeitig auf den 3 genannten Geschossebenen zu kalkulieren. Errichtung von Labortechnischen Anlagen für Labore mit S1 und S2 Anforderungen und 2 Lagerräume mit: - 6 St. Laborabzug für den allg. Gebrauch (Breite: 1x 1500 mm, 5x 1800 mm), - 2 St. Niedrigraum-Laborabzug für den allg. Gebrauch (Breite: 1500 mm) - 16 St. Abrauchabzug (Breite: 7x 1200 mm, 4x 1500 mm, 4x 1800 mm, 1x 2100 mm) - 19 St. FWF90 Sicherheitsschrank als Unterbau für Laborabzug (Rastermaß: 4x 600 mm, 9x 900 mm, 4x 1200 mm, 2x 1500 mm) - 22 St. Sicherheitsschrank zur Lagerung von Säuren und Laugen als Unterbau für Laborabzug (Rastermaß: 9x 600 mm, 4x 900 mm, 9x 1200 mm) - 1 St. stationäre Einhausung (Breite: 1800 mm) mit Abluftanschluss - 13 St. Punktabsaugung - 40 St. Laborspüle inkl. Medienzelle, Spülenunterschrank, Abfallsammler - 19 St. Handwaschbecken inkl.
