Die Stadt Großräschen beabsichtigt im Rahmen des mehrteilig angelegten Strukturwandelprojekts "CAMPUS IBA-Terrassen" Großräschen im 2. Bauabschnitt Teil 2 die Errichtung einer sog. Energiewerkstatt unter Einbeziehung der zugehörigen Freiflächen und technischen Ver- und Entsorgungsanlagen am Standort Seestraße 100 in 01983 Großräschen. Die vorliegende Ausschreibung betrifft das Los 16: Energiezentrale. Es handelt sich dabei um eine erneute Ausschreibung der Leistungen. Die vorangegangene Ausschreibung musste aus schwerwiegenden Gründen aufgehoben werden. - 1 St Eis-Energiespeicher ca. 350m3 - 1 St Wärmepumpe ca. 415kW Heizleistung bzw. ca. 310kW Kälteleistung - 1 St Rückkühler ca. 420kW incl. Glykolprotektor - 1 St Elektrische Regelheizung (power-to-heat) ca. 100kW - 1 St Steuerungszentrale (Energiemanager) - 9 St Pumpen - 2 St Wärmetauscher (ca. 320kW und 420kW) - 4 St Pufferspeicher, je 5000 Liter - 1 St Wärmeverteiler für 3 Kreise - 1 St Kälteverteiler für 2 Kreise - 2 St Druckhaltestationen - 260 m Stahlrohr DN80 - DN125 mit Isolierung - 210 m Stahlrohr DN15 - DN65 mit Isolierung - 7 St Luftgekühlte Kaltwassersätze für Wand- und Deckenmontage - 310 m Stahlrohr DN25 - DN65 mit Kälte-Isolierung - 85 m Kupferrohr als Kondensatleitung -Diverse 3-wege-Ventile, Absperrklappen (motorisch und manuell), Rückschlagventile, Lufttöpfe, Schmutzabscheider
