Description

GU-Bauleistung mit Planungsanteil Der Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb Nordrhein-Westfalen, Niederlassung Dortmund (BLB) errichtet für das Landesamt für Natur, Umwelt und Verbraucherschutz NRW (LANUV) den Neubau für das "Zentrum für angewandte Fischerei, Fischökologie und Aquakultur" in Albaum. Das Planungsareal für den Neubau des LANUV liegt entlang der Heinsberger Straße in Kirchhundem - Albaum im Sauerland. Gegenwärtig wird das Gelände bereits durch das LANUV als Forschungseinrichtung für die Fischwirtschaft genutzt. Die in die Jahre gekommenen Bestandsgebäude und Außenbecken werden in zwei Bauabschnitten zurück gebaut und neu errichtet. Während die Bauarbeiten im 1. Bauabschnitt stattfinden, wird der Betrieb der Verwaltung und der Fischereiökologie in den Bestandsgebäuden des späteren 2. Bauabschnittes aufrechterhalten. Mit Fertigstellung des Hauptgebäudes und der Aquakultur im 1. Bauabschnitt erfolgt der Umzug aus dem Bestandsgebäude mit der Verwaltung und den vorhandenen Fisch- und Brutbeständen in die fertiggestellten Gebäude und Fischereianlagen. Im 2. Bauabschnitt werden anschließend die Bestandsgebäude zurück gebaut. Auf dem Gelände werden weitere Nebengebäude und ein Parkplatz errichtet. Die vorliegende funktionale Leistungsbeschreibung (im Folgenden auch FLB genannt) dient der grundsätzlichen Festlegung von Qualitäten der zu erstellenden Gebäude.
