Description

Einführung und Betrieb einer Digital-Anwendung zur Umsetzung des Pflegeberufegesetztes (Pflegefonds). Dienstleistung inklusive Services Das Landesamt für Soziales und Versorgung ist die Stelle im Land Brandenburg, die für die Umsetzung der Finanzierung der beruflichen Pflegefachkraftausbildung, der hochschulischen Pflegeausbildung und zukünftig der Pflegefachassistenzausbildung zuständig ist. Die Finanzierung der beruflichen und hochschulischen Pflegeausbildung erfolgt über einen Ausgleichsfonds auf Landesebene. Sie umfasst die Betriebskosten der Pflegeschulen, die Mehrkosten der Ausbildungsvergütung und die Kosten der praktischen Ausbildung. In den Ausgleichsfonds zahlen alle zugelassenen Krankenhäuser sowie alle zugelassenen ambulanten und stationären Pflegeeinrichtungen ein, unabhängig davon, ob sie ausbilden oder nicht. Auch das jeweilige Bundesland sowie die soziale und die private Pflegeversicherung sind als Direktzahler an der Finanzierung des Ausgleichsfonds beteiligt. Aus dem Ausgleichsfonds werden die Ausbildungskosten der Pflegefachkraftausbildung, der hochschulischen Pflegeausbildung und zukünftig auch der Pflegefachassistenzausbildung finanziert, in dem die entsprechenden Mittel an die ausbildenden Krankenhäuser, stationären Pflegeeinrichtungen und ambulanten Pflegedienste ausgezahlt werden. Der Auftragnehmer muss nach Vergabe des Auftrages eine Fachverfahrenssoftware und eine Datenbank zur Verfügung stellen. Die Zielgruppe der Anwender besteht aus Pflegeeinrichtungen und Pflegeschulen, die nach dem Pflegeberufegesetz am Verfahren beteiligt sind. Die Fachverfahrenssoftware soll bei der Prüfung, Auswertung und Verarbeitung der eingereichten Daten unterstützen.
