6-Achs Industrieroboter mit direkter CNC-Steuerung für die Kombination mit einem CEAD S25-Extruder sowie der Möglichkeit zur Bestückung weiterer Kinematik Am Fraunhofer Kunststoffzentrum Oberlausitz wird eine hybride Fertigungszelle der Hochschule Zittau/ Görlitz, bestehend aus einem Fräsportal (CMS-Fräsportal POSEIDON 50/40) und einem adaptierten Extruder für den großformatigen 3D-Druck, erweitert. Ein zusätzlicher 6-Achs-Industrieroboter mit einer 7. Achse als bodenverfahrbares Schienensystem ausgeführt, soll im hinteren Bereich der Anlage installiert werden und eine zusätzliche Möglichkeit für 3D-Druck, Handling und andere Aufgaben, bieten. Die Installation innerhalb des bauseitigen Portals bietet zudem die Möglichkeit, die Schutzeinrichtungen des Portals gleich für den Roboter mit nutzen zu können (keine zusätzlicher Zaun).
