Description

Für die sichere und effiziente Beseitigung von Munition, losen Explosivstoffen und pyrotechnischen Gegenständen wird zur Ergänzung des bestehenden Anlagenpools eine Drehrohranlage benötigt. Diese Anlage muss einen vollkontinuierlichen Betrieb im 24/7-Modus ermöglichen. Die Gesamtanlage muss genehmigungsfähig nach dem Bundes-Immissionsschutzgesetz sein, d. h. sie muss mit einer geeigneten Rauchgasreinigung ausgestattet sein. Da nicht nur Kampfmittel im Sinne des § 3 Abs. 2 Nr. 14 entsorgt werden sollen, sondern auch solche, die dem Kreislaufwirtschaftsgesetz unterliegen, muss die Rauchgasreinigung in allen Betriebszuständen die Anforderungen der 17. BImSchV erfüllen. Der Leistungsumfang muss mindestens die Planung, Herstellung, Lieferung, Errichtung, Inbetriebnahme und die Schulung des Bedienpersonals umfassen. Der Auftragnehmer muss zudem das Genehmigungsverfahren, das durch den Auftraggeber veranlasst wird, durch zeitgerechte Bereitstellung aller notwendigen Dokumentationen und Angaben unterstützen.
