Infrastrukturelles Gebäudemanagement IGM Das Los umfasst die Leistungen im Bereich des infrastrukturellen Gebäudebetriebs für das Congress Center Rosengarten des Auftraggebers. Der Auftragnehmer (AN) ist verantwortlich für folgende Leistungen: - Unterhalts-, Glas- und Fassadenreinigung - Außen- und Verkehrsflächenreinigung - Garten- und Landschaftspflege - Winterdienst - Veranstaltungsreinigung - Bestuhlung - Empfangs- und Sicherheitsdienste Der Auftragnehmer (AN) übernimmt für das Objekt Rosengarten in Mannheim: - Unterhalts-, Glas- und Fassadenreinigung Leistungsumfang: Regelmäßige Reinigung aller Innen- und Außenflächen, inklusive Fenster- und Glasflächen, sowie Fassaden gemäß den festgelegten Reinigungsintervallen, Gestellung von Tageskräften, Veranstaltungsreinigungen, Garagenreinigung - Außen- und Verkehrsflächenreinigung Leistungsumfang: Reinigung von Gehwegen, Zufahrten, Parkplätzen, Eingangsbereichen und sonstigen Verkehrsflächen. - Garten- und Landschaftspflege Leistungsumfang: Pflege von Grünanlagen, Rasen, Beeten, Bäumen und Sträuchern; Müllentsorgung im Außenbereich; Pflege von Wasseranlagen. - Winterdienst Leistungsumfang: Schneeräumung, Streuen bei Eis- und Schneefall, Sicherstellung der Zugänglichkeit für Besucher. - Bestuhlung Leistungsumfang: Aufbau und Abbau von Bestuhlung, Tischen. - Empfangs- und Sicherheitsdienste Leistungsumfang: Empfangstätigkeiten, Besucherleitung, Einlasskontrolle, Sicherheits- und Ordnungsdienst, Notfallmanagement, Bedienung zentrale Gebäudeleittechnik, Lichtsteuerung und Brandmeldeanlage und Rauchwarnanlage, Überwachung und Bedienung Parkhaus/-technik, Notrufzentrale/-anlage inkl.
