Description

Die Ausschreibung beinhaltet Leistungen zur forstlichen Dienstleistung der kombinierten und hochmechanisierten Holzernte inklusive Rückung im Umfang von jährlich ca. 22.600 Festmeter. Der Leistungszeitraum umfasst jeweils die Monate August bis März mit einer Wochenleistung von ca. 800 Fm. Diese setzt sich voraussichtlich aus diesen Sortimenten zusammen: ca. 21.600 Efm Nadelholz (ca. 8.000 Efm LAS, 4.000 Efm LAK, 8.300 Efm IS ind 1.600 Efm IS-E) sowie ca. 700 Efm Laubholz (ca.100 Efm Sägeholz, 100 Efm Parkett sowie 500 Efm IS). Es wird ein Rahmenvertrag für eine Laufzeit von vier Jahren geschlossen. Der Rahmenvertrag endet nach Ablauf der Laufzeit oder mit Erreichen der Höchstmenge automatisch zum 31.03.2030. Eine Mindestabnahmemenge pro Jahr wird nicht garantiert. Die Schätzmenge beträgt zwischen 19.000-22.600 Erntefestmeter pro Jahr. Die Höchstmenge beträgt 25.000 Erntefestmeter pro Jahr, im Schnitt werden es ca. 22.600 Erntefestmeter sein. Somit liegt die Gesamtmenge in der Laufzeit bei minimal bei 76.000 Efm und maximal bei 100.000 Efm. Bei ungünstiger Marktlage, bei der eine kostendeckende Vermarktung von Holz nicht möglich ist, oder bei Naturkatastrophen kann die Menge deutlich reduziert oder auf Null gesetzt werden. Hinweis: Das Leistungsverzeichnis sieht die Höchstmengen für je ein Jahr vor, der Rahmenvertrag wird jedoch für vier Jahre geschlossen.
