Holzrohbau: Vorgefertigte Außenwände tragend ca. 470m² Vorgefertigte Außenwände nicht tragend ca. 300m² Vorgefertigte Innenwand tragend ca. 610m² Überzug Innenwand ca. 104m Hohlkastendecke ca. 740m² Brettschichtholzdecke ca. 760m² Sparren Dachstuhl ca. 1.440m² Steinwolledämmung oberste Geschossdecke ca. 840m² Holzfaserdämmung oberste Geschossdecke ca. 840m² Rauhspundschalung ca. 1050m² Fenster & Pfosten-Riegel-Fassaden: Holz-Alu- / Alu-Pfosten-Riegel-Fassaden ca. 100m² Holz-Alu- / Alu-Fenter- und Türelemente ca. 345m² Vorhangfassade: Vorhangfassade mit vertikaler Holzbekleidung ca. 812m² Ziel ist es die Ausführungszeit vor Ort möglichst kurz zu halten um die Witterungsrisiken weitestgehend auszuschließen. Sicherung von Bauzwischenständen), Dokumentation, beziehen sich jeweils auf alle Teilgewerke der Ausschreibung Holzrohbau.
