Der Landkreis Starnberg errichtet in Herrsching am Ammersee ein Gymnasium mit Dreifachturnhalle. Im Zuge der Bauausführung werden Holzausbauarbeiten Innenausbauarbeiten benötigt. Der Landkreis Starnberg errichtet in Herrsching am Ammersee ein Gymnasium mit Dreifachturnhalle. Im Zuge der Bauausführung werden Holzbauarbeiten Innenausbau benötigt. Es ist eine zusätzliche Leistung notwendig, aufgrund von Ausführungsänderungen anderer Gewerke. Da anstatt eines Unterputzheizkreisverteiler ein Aufputzheizkreisverteiler montiert wurde, muss dieser nachträglich verkleidet werden. Dies fällt in den Leistungsbereich des Auftragnehmers. Es ist notwendig, weil der Verteiler keinesfalls öffentlich zugänglich sein darf. Konkret müssen 2- bzw. 3-seitige Verkleidungen bei den Heizkreisverteilern erbracht werden.
