Der Höchstwert des Auftragsvolumens der Rahmenvereinbarung beträgt 350.000,00 € (netto) und setzt sich zusammen aus der Festbestellmenge von 350 Sätzen und dem variablen Teil der Rahmenvereinbarung. Aus der Rahmenvereinbarung kann bis zu dem o.g. Höchstwert abgerufen werden. Der Höchstwert entspricht dem geschätzten Gesamtauftragsvolumen. Es besteht kein Anspruch auf Abruf des variablen Teils der Rahmenvereinbarung.
