Description

Für den Neubau einer Kindertagesstätte in Großenehrich wird als Los 4 die Fachplanung technische Ausrüstung (Anlagengruppen 1-3, HLS) nach § 55 HOAI ausgeschrieben. Die Landgemeinde Greußen beabsichtigt im Ortsteil Großenehrich den Neubau einer Kindertageseinrichtung zur Schaffung von ca. 50 Plätzen für Kinder aller Altersgruppen. Für die Umsetzung des Gesamtvorhabens wurden Baukosten in Höhe von ca. 3,0 Mio. EUR incl. MwSt. ermittelt. Im Rahmen dieses VgV-Verfahrens beabsichtigt die Stadt Greußen, die Fachplanungsleistungen Technische Ausrüstung nach § 55 HOAI (Anlagengruppen 1-3, HLS) zu vergeben. Die Leistungen werden stufenweise vergeben zunächst für die Leistungsphasen 1 - 4 (optional 5 - 9). Folgende Leistungen werden mit weiteren Verfahren ausgeschrieben: - Los 1 Objektplanung Gebäude (Architekt) nach § 34 HOAI, - Los 2 Freianlagen (Landschaftsarchitekt) nach § 39 HOAI, - Los 3 Tragwerk nach § 51 HOAI. Der Auftraggeber behält sich eine stufenweise Beauftragung einzelner oder mehrerer Leistungsphasen bis zum Abschluss der Baumaßnahme vor. Grundlage der Beauftragung sind die KVM-Vertragsmuster. Nach Beauftragung ist umgehend mit der Bearbeitung zu beginnen. Aktueller Terminplan: - bis 10/26 Planungsleistungen LP 1-3, - 11/26 Genehmigungsplanung, - 04/26 Ausführungsplanung LP 5, - ab 05/27 Ausschreibung und Vergabe, - 07/27 Baubeginn, - 12/28 Baufertigstellung, bezugsfertig.
