Das Baufeld befindet sich im rückwärtigen, westlichen Teil des Klinikums. Bauvorhaben: Neubau Internistisches Zentralgebäude (Zentralbau II) Klinikum St. Georg gGmbH Delitzscher Straße 141, 04129 Leipzig Los: 1420 Managementsystem Gebäudeautomation Das Klinikum St. Georg gGmbH beabsichtigt am Standort Eutritzsch zur Verbesserung der medizinischen Versorgung einen weiteren Zentralbau zu errichten. Das Baufeld befindet sich im rückwärtigen, westlichen Teil des Klinikums. Zur Integration der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung in die bestehende Gebäudeleittechnik ist die Erweiterung des vorhandenen Managementsystems vorgesehen. Wesentlicher Leistungsumfang umfasst: Liefern, Installieren, Erweitern und Inbetriebnehmen von - bestehender GLT inklusive BACnet-Datenpunkte und erforderlicher Softwarelizenzen - bestehender Managementsystemfunktionen, Objekte, Klassen und Trends - Grundrissgrafiken - Anlagengrafiken - Entrauchungsvisualisierung - Bedienstation mit Vollzugriff auf das Managementsystem - Netzwerkanbindung - AKS-Umsetzung Alle Bauteile verstehen sich inkl. den im LV beschriebenen Dienstleistungen.
