Description

Neubau des Leibniz-Institut für Länderkunde auf dem Wilhelm-Leuschner-Platz in Leipzig. Ausgeschrieben ist das Gewerk Gebäudeautomation. Das Bauvorhaben ist Teil der Neugestaltung des Wilhelm-Leuschner-Platzes im Stadtzentrum von Leipzig. Nach vorgelagertem Architekturwettbewerb entsteht ein neues Institutsgebäude für das Leibniz-Institut für Länderkunde Leipzig, bestehend aus Tiefgarage, Erd- und Zwischengeschoss sowie sechs Obergeschossen. Das nachhaltige Gebäude verfügt zudem über ein Gründach und eine Geothermieanlage. Gebäudeautomation: - 3 St ASPs im UG - 9 St ASPs innerhalb der Regelgeschosse EG-6.OG - Integration einer Solewärmepumpe mit interner Regelung - Integration einer Entrauchungsanlage zur Meldungsüberwachung - Integration einer Sprinkleranlage zur Meldungsüberwachung - Integration von zwei RLT-Anlagen mit interner Regelung - Aufschaltung von Brandschutzklappen innerhalb der Etagen - Raumautomation Heizen und Kühlen (Ausnutzung Sondenfeld) über Fußbodenheizungssysteme - Überwachung von Archivräumen auf Einhaltung der Sollwerte Temperatur und Feuchte - Ausbau aller Kabel-und Leitungswege innerhalb der Geschosse inkl. Trassenbau - Aufbau eines stationären, lokalen GLT-Servers (EMS/BMS) - Teilnahme an Sachverständigenabnahmen
