Description

Der Landkreis Starnberg benötigt für den Neubau des Gymnasiums Herrsching die TGA Heizung inkl. Kältetechnik (ohne Isolierung). Es ist eine zusätzliche Leistung notwendig. Es wird das elektrische Anklemmen und Verkabeln der Umluftkühlgeräte mit dem bauseits zur Verfügung gestellten Stromanschluss und der Thermostate. Die Umluftkühlgeräte und die zugehörigen Thermostate wurden bereits angeboten und im Zuge der Beauftragung geliefert und montiert. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt wurde davon ausgegangen, dass die Verkabelungs- und Anklemmarbeiten durch die vom Bauherrn beauftragte Elektrofirma ausgeführt werden. Die Elektrofirma lehnte aber aus Gewährleistungsgründen die Ausführung ab. Um die Geräte in funktionierenden Zustand zu versetzen, ist das Anklemmen und das Verkabeln der Umluftkühlgeräte durch den Auftragnehmer auszuführen.
